After weeks of (no) blood, (lots of) sweat and (no) tears , The challenge with this challenge is time. Like all of us I really struggled to find the time to exercise, the time to suit up, warm up, cool down and get changed again seemed, for me, to take a lifetime. But I was determined not to let my ‘lazy brain’ win. So I sat down with my planner and scheduled in ‘exercise time’ and made sure to factor in the time either side of my EA Sports Active workout that I need to get ready.

The road is l-o-o-n-g , It shouldn’t be though. The challenge is only 6 weeks. Have I mentioned that two of those weeks are over Christmas and New Years? Surely that is the one time that one is allowed to say ‘get stuffed’ to their diet and fitness regime. And frankly, I did.
